Andy Nicholas, so bad he was good, like Prisoner Cell Block H!

And Blackstock is finished I think, we seem to have interupted his retirement for some reason.

great_fire good call but I cant see a way out of the contract. Be nice if it could happen after what I have seen today. Yates and such is the future. 2 mangers and maybe some players to be paid off.

Dear me , what can I say , I thought the pressure of championship football would be left behind today and you could go out and play a bit of football against lower league opposition .

Terrible result , no excuses today from anyone at RUFC , losing at home to a side one league below and nowt special at that level is inexcusable .

Just confirms what I said on another thread , you need to clear the lot out in the summer or you will struggle again next season .

Doesn't the trades description act still exist. If we thought we were getting a footballer and didn't can't we just take him back and get a refund

Just been listening to Warney on Radio DeeDah. He seems like a decent bloke, but he's not a manager. After the performance from Blackstock for the Millers Reserves on Wednesday afternoon, there was no way that he should have been in the starting line-up today - and it was just a continuation of his previous performance, ie awful.

Also, Ford should have been substituted. Why did Warney only use ONE sub? Why isn't Taylor playing, even as a sub? (unless we are planning to sell him?)

Some strange decisions being made - on and off the pitch

I thought Newell, Price and Yates (as sub) played well, in a poor team performance Danny Ward scored a decent goal, but missed about four sitters, the first after only about a minute into the game -far too wasteful

I bet T/S does not put part worn tyres on his Bentley so why should we put up with part worn players.

At least we have had a taste of what we can expect next season and the type of gates we will be getting.
