I guess all of the points on this thread are being dealt with......but behind closed doors....how can you believe TS with all his experience and financial / technical consultations won't have every penny under control and future projects ready for the right time / circumstances to come to fruition.

If all of you have these bright ideas - how can you think TS is less intelligent than all you good people.....

TS was smiling at the plans for NYS before anyone had any idea of what it was like and how much it cost....as for being "creative" with loans / grants / business finance just make TS a brighter business man.....doesn't it.

I hope he turns a good profit and a cash cow for life.....he's worked hard for it !
