Well, in that case thank you TS - without this, where would we have ended up?

Just think, if it's even 1/10 of what he says that's still 100 times what the average supporter will put into RUFC in their lifetime.

Nobody made him….where as the average fan lives from a working wage and not a millionaire's wage…..many have been supporting the Millers for 50 years or more……will the Stewarts be around in 50 years? ….doubt it….

Stewart knows his money is safely invested with a good return through rent etc and when he decided to sell it or Richard does in the future years….

Wouldn't be surprised when Tony and Jean have gone that Richard doesn't sell up….

Yak….easy on fella….my reply was aimed at CAMiller as he was making out Tony Stewart was the be all and end all of RUFC…

Of course I acknowledge him stepping in like he did and providing modern day stadium facilities to the folk of Rotherham….who wouldn't be grateful of that but he didn't do it for the love of the club he saw a new business venture much like Donald trump would and went in for the big buy….had he got enough money he'd have bought Sheff Weds make no bones about that!

No millionaire does anything for the love of it….it's a business venture and the achievements along the way i.e. Promotion/Wembley visits are add ons…..of course I'm grateful for what he's done but even TS will sell up when he's had enough….

    Brin

I know he's made mistakes but surely he deserves time to put this right??

The constant sniping at him is tedious and embarrassing.

Has he made a couple of silly statements ? yes he has.

Is he devoid of criticism?? Nope.

Is he the right man to take us forward? YES

AS soon as any thread gets put up with his name in it's all the same he's a liar and the rest.

He's come out this week and made statements, interviews and stuff.

But still nope that's not enough is it?

I'm not deluded I can read between the lines about statements but you know what looking at the bigger picture he's done s cracking job and imo he will get us back up stronger this time.

He saved the club and still now has the best intentions for us millers.

So all those who are not going again - send your money care of Rotherham United...NYS.....or a bag for life full of dosh .....to the club shop.

And those that are going again - "BRING" a mate.....especially for next year's promotion season....!

I've never doubted that TS has put quite a bit of money in the club .
I said we need to stay up because a lot of sponsors wil disappear and how many of them fans that took a five year season card renew?
How many floating fans will be back?

TS needs to have more patience with the next manager and give him time or we will just keep going down.

    Get a manager in Tony

The £35m has got to include investment into the ground which is not owned by Rotherham United but by the property company set up as a side venture.

The company accounts do not support £35m investment into Rotherham United Football Club by Tony Stewart or anyone else.

No different to Millmoor days then when RUFC was owned by C.F.Booth Group of Companies.

As much as I loved the Millmoor days I know which ground I prefer to visit regardless whether we own it or not.
