Well I never. I've just read this absolute pile of sh1te. How much you being paid Paul?

The most laughable bit "....how much worse could result have been...." Paraphrasing there.....well not ****ing that much mate.

If this happens, which despite the pantomime that is Mr Stewart, I simply cannot believe.....then my call will be once again for the Chairman to stand aside and sell up.

55 years watching my club but this is a kick in the bollox too many .George Kerr was bad enough but this appointment if it happens is far worse.......
Totally agree. A famous and successful manager once told his players: "If you want to enjoy your football, go and play in the park". Players need to fear and respect their manager, not have a laugh with him.

Not a great article .......... again Paul and I'm wondering if you have lost your impartial glasses.

"He hasn’t been able to reverse the slide towards League One - nobody could with the squad he inherited"

That is a shocking one liner imo and immediately rubbishes the author's article.

It seems we are wasting our time and that Warney will be appointed. Most fans will cringe at the thought but what else can we say? Good luck if you get it Warney, your own fate will be in your own hands and expect the expected.

This is one of Paul Davis worst pieces yet.

There was a slight new manager bounce when he took over but then the team has looked as disorganised and poor as they did under Alan Stubbs.

Yes the squad he inherited was poor, but there is no excuse for a lack of organisation and effort which have both been prevalent in recent matches.

Warnock inherited what was a under performing squad and turned them into an organised unit who were difficult to beat and who managed to get the results we needed to keep our Championship status.

Problem is the Warnock's of this world do not come cheap, the Warne's do.

If Warne gets the job I hope he is fully aware that the gloves will be off and if we get the same level of performances in league 1 he will get slaughtered, club 'legend' or not.

By no stretch of the imagination do I want Warne to get the job because the likelihood is we will be relegated to league 2 rather than be competing at the top end of league 1. I base this on his lack of ability to get any organisation or fight into the team, his total lack of tactical awareness and the poor signings in the January transfer window.

In my opinion we need to change as much as possible from this seasons disaster, starting with first team manager and the rest of the back room staff.

How could it of been so much worse.

You mean we might of won a couple of games and not get relegated?

It will get worse on and off the pitch if Warne is appointed.

Imagine us carrying this form into the first ten games next season new York would be empty

If TS does appoint Warney,it will prove one thing once and for all,he is clueless about football, and he as not learnt a thing, unless he wants to take the super cheap option,i cant see no sense in appointing at all.

    "Persevered with Redfearn or Stubbs"

    That is a joke isn't it ?

Reading that statement makes the NR and particularly the AS sackings even more comical ( albeit the tragedy of the season ).

"Persevered" - is NOT the word to use for a run of 13 games....

I say again.....was I the only one to see the Newcastle match at the NYS !

BY FAR the best performance of the season.

    Ward 1 / 2 under AS

Ward 1 / 6 and now far worse since AS!

If Warnsey get the job I would seriously think carefully about renewals. I can understand Warnsey been given the job to take us down but as a long term professional football manager then NO !

This is really getting silly !

PS: This article is THE most pathetic piece of writing I has ever seen regarding Rotherham United and has destroyed any credibility the writer had! ( and he never had much ).

    Total garbage !
