    Having had an op will Rowett give him a chance or will he give him a couple of games to confirm (or otherwise!) his fitness then cash in?? I think the latter is a distinct possibility. As for his attitude I am sure GR is aware of any problem and will be monitoring the situation.
    Overall I think he will go. Hopefully to be replaced by an 'earlier day Shackell' with Keogh and Pearce battling to be alongside.

    Rowett said as much in his last after match interview. that he needs to bring in players that are battlers and can handle the basic rough stuff as in his view we have too many fancy footballers in the squad.

    So rather than purely a leader, it players that are prepared to roll their sleeves up and get going when things get tough.
