Sorry not into all the technical stuff, editing is hard enough at the moment, with two editing suites to cope with, plus an update to my windows 10 means I now have to use a separate browser just to be able to upload photographs............ I will mention your problem to HQ tomorrow Andy.

Please add, because it will help I hope, it has been the same on multiple devices and with multiple operating systems, and the above thread posts suggests multiple users, and when I was abroad recently, just with the forum open on my phone screen, and with no input on my part, my roaming account balance was being eaten up

My note 4 contract expired last September and the note 7 was on my wish list till the recall, I've been using my brothers old note 5 for a few months now, depending how much EE want to relieve me of I think the note 8 will be the next purchase

My brother works at Mercedes F1 or rather Mercedes HPP as an engine builder and he travels all over the world providing engineering support, he either got it while away or through a sponsor

He may well have issues with his device which clearing the cache may resolve, connectivity issues, hardware problems or issues with an *******er that isn't working properly, but I can't help with any of those problems I'm afraid.



As I said, we're not receiving any other complaints about ads or site speed at the moment, which would definitely be happening if it was a common problem.



We can only investigate if its something at our end if we have the info requested earlier.

The pop ups don't happen every time however its the only site I get them on, dont get them on other sites i visit

I do recognise the problem Stenson raises in #6, but only occasionally. Don't have a 'pop up' problem, if you'll excuse the terminology.
Don't know why, but I do invariably use an iPad which might help.
