There's not enough complacency being shown I think!

Need to be more decisive in our decision making and more of a threat going forward there is no spark it's just one constant flow, nick and tuck stuff at best.

Grudge match first game of the season some wear and tear in our play there, there is definitely some room for improvement in our game going forward into the season ahead needs some more additions to strengthen midfield and we should be alright.

    Much better second half

Vydra for me starts ahead of weimann, with weimann coming off the bench

Nugent starts away games for me personally

Johnson is fine in his new role but please no more butterfield,, bryson alongside johnson imo

We do need a winger to replace russell though, but i wouldnt be spending without offloading first.

Vydra was the main attacking threat against Hoffenheim surprised he didn't start today's game but might be down to Rowett being cautious of him not picking up a naggering injury again and being out for longer as he missed much of pre-season. Martin needs to do better for his credibility of a striker that he is in the Championship, missed a blinder of a goal today and as for Russell continues yet again to lose possession and too lightweight for my liking and makes too many poor decision making.

Hope no one still thinks Keogh should be gone...he was outstanding imo.
I know they hit the bar and Frank made one great save but if only Butterfield, Martin and Nugent had taken their chances.
Impressed by Forsyth, Wisdom, Vydra, Huddleston, Carson and, of course Keogh. Thought Johnson, apart from scoring, was invisible...the rest were so so and Steve McClaren talks bollux.

Yes but at least we lacked complacency and avoided naggering injuries which is a good start to the season.
