Some time could be saved by allowing physios on the pitch while play continues as in rugby, it would stop defenders falling down in the penalty area holding their heads every time their quiff needs another squirt of cossack.

yes I would agree with that depending where on the pitch they are, how,many times have we seen players just off the pitch and rolled over back on to stop play

Another one I don't like is the keeper (yes ours aswell) walking from one end of his box to the other end
