I guess there's two simple answers to this.

1: If you don't like it you are absolutely welcome to set up your own forum and manage it exactly as you see fit.

2: Alternately, if that is all a bit too much effort for you then go to Plan B and just find another forum.

As for me, I think R4J is little more than unending noise and I have too few tomorrows left in my life to either engage or even attempt to understand his ramblings. While my 200 post career will hardly have the banner ad salesmen wailing themselves to sleep, never the less it simply wasn't worth the effort so I just stopped, save the odd peek to see what the view is on any new signings (hence this post).

Either post and enjoy or don't. But it's not your ball, not your PS4, not your sound system and trying to set ultimatums on how the forum should be run is, as the previous poster pointed out, rather futile and just one more bit of noise. Lord knows you have enough of that here.

There is sense in what this poster says, why not simply avoid replying to posters you dont agree with? I have its not worth the stress.

1. Why is the user allowed to have a secondary account? When KCG copped a ban for the same thing?

2. How come the user is so cozy with you as to know your holiday plans?

3. In that thread we see the varying difference in posting styles of the said user. 1 moment he's blabbering the standard nonsense we have been accustomed to with the corresponding poor grammar etc. Then in the double account we see a dramatic change. So which is which?

4. He claims that you being on holiday means no assistance is available from another moderator or admin. This is what we've been complaining about. Only 1 active mod, therefore the suggestion of Andy being given the gig is fully justified.

5. So cut the crap. Remove all these absent mods and give Andy the job. And take action against this user for breaking the rules. Ban the R4J account.

Simple really but of course, you're biased and refuse to do what you're supposed to do.

Romanis youbare a guest on the board but you only want to try and stir up trouble.... And fail. Be warned it's been noted!

To prove it the answers show how those of you speaking without the full picture try to misrepresent!

1. A poster is having log in difficulties and has informed us of a 'temporary' account until this is resolved. That's very different to setting up multiple accounts. It's a common problem and others have done it. Some get resolved others stick with the new name and the old one closed.

2. There were a few posters I was dealing with issues for and as I have been in some of the remotest and extreme places you might consider Internet is not readily available surprisingly! As such I had passed the issues or different contact details of moderators on to continue to resolve issues rather than just ignore them. That would be good practice in anyone else's book!

3. Talk about blubbering! What is that statement even meant to mean! Makes no sense at all.

4. The issue is not a moderator issue it's an admin issue that no moderator can do anything about so they have been referred to the correct people. So why would any other mods need to respond?

5. Stop trying to dictate what you want. The board is not going to be used for this and you are a constant offender. If it continues well just need to remove you. That's a very simple solution considering all issues have been addressed.

Yet again closing the thread if you have issues then contact the editor or hq if it's relevant.
