This league is mad, a few wins or losses and you go dramatically up or down. When to knee jerk hmmm ... Wendies sitting 14th, Fulham 16th, Reading 20th at mo, just 3 clubs that would be expecting to be further up table...to jerk or not....

TC and his Joe Pasquale-ish voice wasn't going OTT when the plaudits were being lauded, think we should wait a while yet. It's when thing's going wrong we see how good the manager is, admittedly at the moment its not looking good.

AR has put good structures in, the players Orta is signing are a) confused by TC tactics b) still settling c) an unbalanced squad d) not up to it.

Hopefully AR/club will analyse this situation correctly, constant chopping and changing without looking at causes never ends well, bit like deckchair rearranging on the titanic.

It's been so confusing with the extreme jekyll and hyde performances.

Agree with much of this. Only thing I question is the Jekyll and Hyde confusion. Last year we had that Jekyll one game then Hyde the next thing. This year we were jeckyll for four weeks and we've been Hyde for eight. Surely that's more of a clear 'decline'?

    Good post Stomp
Third paragraph ? How flexible is that structure regarding Orta & TC if change is required one would ask.

Rads project is 5 years and he stated wanting the play offs this year and if that doesn't come off then it's all go next season. He's been crystal clear in this and yet some people simply still don't want to listen.Fiscal type Leeds fans do listen 'tho.

Financial sustainability dictates (http://www.financialfairplay.co.uk/f...-explained.php) that Leeds cannot lose more than £39million over three seasons as we lost £9 million last season and next season's figure will nudge on that. The importance of business planning increases in any organisation where stability has not been observed.

Folks with the calculators and abacus will tell you it's a steady financial build or go for bust and buy promotion and err, end up like OPR 'fined' or hope for quick result like Leicester,Bournemouth did and now Wolves are doing by trying to get into PL and hopefully pay off any pending future FFP fine by using the spoils gained via promotion. 🙁

Accumulate to speculate or Speculate to accumulate is a personal choice.

I actually dont have a gripe with a top 6 or even a top 10 finish. Its just that the fight and desire we are playing with at the minute is more likely to get us a bottom 6 finish and i dont want a squeaky bum from easter to summer.

the position we end up is not the issue as much as the lack of form and pride. This squad is way too good to be outplayed by some of the teams we'll play. we've also been badly outcoached once the league had a chance to assess us and make adjustments. they've adjusted. we have not.

it was actually easier when we had a poor squad and played hard... even if not every game. Some pretty gritty players during the dark years.

Keep hoping one day Mick will have a crack at it. Give TC another 3/4 games and if this form continues then he's obviously lost it.
