    they are investors
where will they get a return ?????

    free sponsorship
rename the ground and the stands

do away with the gallowgate and sell it to some middle east business man and kall it the sheikmahmood stand
all for a few points and a couple of league positions

they arent buying this liike abramovich brought chelsea
the everton guy brought that as he can see money to be made from a new ground etc etc

the golds brought west ham to make money from seeling the ground

i can see these spending 100 mill on a out of town ground calling it the emirates stadium or the like and using it for rugby league american footy and boxing matches etc

they havent brought us to spend a billion pounds and get nothing but a few points and league positions

by the time they have brought us spent a few hundred million on players and new contracts ,done a bit to teh training ground and a bit to the acadamy and hey presto 1 billion pounds hads gone

    Well....exactly.

Depending on your point of view, you could argue that's exactly why they will try to push on.

if the club was being run in a positive manner, investment in the club and team etc - then free advertising for them wouldn't bother me in the least, the problem was ashley wasn't running the club properly, he was gambling with its very existance, he wasn't investing in the team so why should he have had free advertising, especially as the name on the advertising became synonymous with tat and shady practices

    i hope they do
but at what cost to us ??

    i want ash gone
    i want new owners
    whayt i dont want is a arsenal/westham.blackburn /leeds scenario

very few cases of new owners brings good changes
people can recite city and maybe chelsea

but very few new owners take the club forward

and in MOST cases take it backwards or dont deliver what was expected

By your op You seem to be disengaging from your previous stance of SUCKING ASHLEYS COCK Peter pumpkin heed. Explain your new stance please.

Ghostsucker, please try to stay on conversation instead of going off on a tangent in order to allow your other half a voice.

Discuss both posters at will people. Make your own minds up.

I don't see why we have to give up anything. Perhaps if the next owners refrain from giving away stadium advertising, 5 million per year? (50 million over 10 years)

    Relegating the club twice 30 million x 2 ? (60 million)

£110 million should be worth a few points, with no more net spend than fatso!

he wont mind, he often gets creamed all over his lower back by his punters,

he calls it the Spiderman finish, where one pulls out and fires the web of goodness all over the back of the recipient.

im told he charges a premium for this but i think that's a blatant lie
