A dunt usually pooast Setdi neet after av been to watch 'em burram just recovering from being frozzen with a Lamb Balti and Glenmorangie (£25 from Tesco). A think I ed abart 2 mins entertainment after we hit the bar and that worrit. A few snowflakes drifted onto mi ice cold face up in East Stand and tha ed to laugh or cry. A sed to mi lad "Can tha name one Barnsley player who would get into the Derby team ?" and we couldn't. We are struggling at this level. Young lads lacking confidence, some working their *******s off but being outclassed by experienced Championship players. Even a player like Huddleston who looks like he's edda good Christmas already ed time to arse abart and run midfield. Gardener did nowt, Potts is towing a truck and ez the turning circle of a ferry but is out on the wing. Aar cudda crossed better than him. (In my prime I ed a wand of a left foot). Throw ins were shocking. Oh fo Hourihane to deliver a free kick. Whats this routine with Mama pretending to tek a corner, then leeavin it and standing by the touchline as it goes in the box ? Derby three good chances, three clinical finishes, three goals. If they hadn't set back forra bit thedda got six. Saving grace was Winnall hooking a good chance ovva bar.
Is it Hecky's fault? A dunt know. This squad is a League One squad and Hecky will work a miracle if we stay up. Merry Christmas.

I am very disappointed with today, but an over reaction to say Hecky out. He needs to be bold and throw in Adeboyejo, or at least on the bench. If you have Mallan on the bench at least bring him on, nowt to lose.
Positives today, I think was Thiam, and the teams below us not winning, and QPR on a bad a run as us

And Hecky is league one also , over hyped and not as good as made out , would love him to turn it round , but he picks the team and supposedly knows his players ? But we carnt knock him can we ? Born and bred here plus he was a fan , No let's blame sumdi else like the Board ? We haven't got a board . Today was another miserable effort , pathetic really, Derby could have got double figures easily , this garbage we are being served is well below even our low standards, somethings need to be sorted and quick , if not what good support we have will dwindle to around 7k , warnings signs are theer ,

Many folk have got their mits in this debacle , Hecky included I will say that .

The fact is the recruitment is too narrow for what was required with the rebuilding job that needed to be done .

I'm pretty certain Hecky wanted a broader church , daft he ain't .

There's absolutely no reason why we should be in this position , none what so ever .

A decent respected HC and money in the bank , no place to hide for the ownership in my opinion .

Not suggesting we should be top half but neither should the club be fighting the drop with players who are simply not up to it and some may never be .

I think part of the problem is the plan worked so well so quickly they thought this is easy we’ll stick with it to the letter

Agreed , got carried away with it and thought they'd invented summat that defied football history .

It can work bringing in two or three a season but not the numbers we had to find .

Never ever going to be anything other than a struggle , January with the CEO comments doesn't bode well .

None so blind that can't see ESR , going down mate if they don't address it properly next month .

i didnt think we were all that bad today,at least we tried against a side who will be up there at the end of the season.I`m confident there will be at least 3 teams worse off than us at the end of the season.
