    The quote
"Of course we are frustrated in terms of the result but the performance was outstanding against a Burnley side who are the most British of teams in terms of long balls and the way they play," Guardiola told Sky Sports News.

It’s ambiguous in my view - he’s really seething, given his hate of long balls and Joe Hart kicking out.

he also said he had great respect and admiration for Dyche - remember, his tikka takka could not beat Dyche on
this ocassion and even his goalie kicked long. Alot of city possession was in their own penalty area or own half that didnt threaten us at all-

As SD acknowledges, we dont pretend we are any where near the finished article but we are improving and getting there.

Pep is a spoiled arrogant arse, anyone who names only 6 subs and says he hasn't any players (with 600 at his Club) yet does not give one of the substitute positions to even a trainee is a prick and not worth listening too.

I think you are right, however he’s certainly a great tactitician
The number of clever short corner variations yesterday were straight from the training ground and one paid dividends. Bit like the fast free kick in the cup match with Auueromon his marks for the signal to go.
We could do with trying a few more options.after all we taught the world how to play the short corner in Jimmy macs time.

Me and you Colner could be great tactician's with the players of calibre they have at their disposal, I'd like to see Mourinho, Conti, PeP, Ponti, Klopp and Venger work on a shoe string and still be called Top Managers.

Pep said he didn't work on the varying corner routines, but like I said for me I tend to stare out of the window when he's exercising his jaw.
