What I can’t understand is no matter who is the Manager how are they going to get Rondon to put the ball in the net?

I am sure even if Pep G were Manager Rondon still couldn’t score goals. That header he missed today just sums him up. Couldn’t even get it on target and just panics when he has the opportunity to score.

Not even jesus c could get him scoring.

But what a better manager could do is that it is jrod in the middle at the end of those chances instead of rondon't.

Pr!kdew is just doing the same as tp and playing our "best striker" on the left.

Rondon is a 7-10 goals a season striker at best.

As for Evans....we won the first two matches without him FFS!

I have a mate who’s a massive United fan and he warned me 18 months ago that we were over hyping a “ very average player “ and he wasn’t wrong.

£25m my a r s e.......,we should’ve taken the £65m for him and Rondon and bought 4 top championship players.

Or possibly just had a bonfire with the pile of cash.

Every relegation “ car crash “ side has its rogues gallery....O’Hara/Johnson and crew at Wolves,Richards and Lescott at Villa, the list is endless.

It always takes too long to route out the bad apples these days due to the massive contracts they are on.

Jrod, apart from a brief purple patch, hasn't looked like scoring either. His workrate is poor, he looks uninterested to me.
Pity the Sturridge move didn't come off. There again it looked likely to go the way it has.
The absolute lack of strikers coming from the academy over the years is also an irritating failure. Indeed the academy seems to have let us down all over the pitch. Only Field promises something. Even those who joined other clubs have done very little.

Evans is our best player. Why are you having a go at Evans? I havent seen anything to suggest (other than being in a team with ZERO belief) that he's got his eye elsewhere. He's obviously going to go and if I was him I would want to leave this lot asap. There's no joy in this for him at all. He should be playing for a top six club.

Agree most of the time with you Boingy but whilst Evans is still decent, if he's our best player still, then this shows why we are bottom of the league. Evans has been below standard this year compared to the previous year and can't believe our Board did not take at least 12 million in January or more!!! I also will add that Evans being captain should have set an example in Barcelona and his actions were a complete disgrace. I would also say from his body language, Evans would rather be elsewhere than at West Brom.

When you are being paid by West Brom you should give 100% to the shirt and the supporters and behave with the tag of a very well paid professional footballer. For me, that's not the case of late so - good riddance to him, and again whilst he's decent, he's nothing special - not this year anyway!

Cant argue with some of the points you raised but I still havent seen a lot of evidence of him not doing a great job at the back. I have no doubt whatsoever that Pulis had the lads very organised at the back. The whole team is at fault as a team. No Belief, but when you are this low it is hard to find some. Dead and buried I think.

Agree with you Boingy! That's why it makes me sick to my stomach that Pardew is still in the job! So why not gamble as it was evident things would not change going into the Huddersfield match - then Watford and most likely Leicester!!

Nobody could argue that Megson ( just for nine games ) would not install more fight and more passion! Then again if asked Megson might tell our Board - to go and feck themselves and who could blame him!

But we all know - Our Board will act when it's always too LATE!!!
