    To cry foul against Wolves is sour grapes, and is unlikely to get any reaction. Going on to Talksport and bleating about a group of players that HIS club have appointed and in many cases given long contracts to on the basis of next to f00k all performance is likely to get even less favourable reactions, as in;

    There are things Radrizzani should be doing, and they don't include mouthing of about the players in general. Giving a b0ll0cking happens behind closed door, and is targeted, doing so in a scatter-gun approach on the radio is unlikely to generate a positive result (after all, what can the club do with the likes of Sacko, Anita, Wiedwald etc etc, sack them?
    It seems to me that he's damned if he says anything and likewise if he makes a statement, he knows that mistakes have been made and it's good that he recognises the fact, as for upsetting players, well that's tough it's not as if they could get any less motivated than they have been recently. With regards to the Wolves situation, I wonder how they ( the FL ) would have reacted if it had been us who employed the Wolves model and someone complained. I have a feeling they wouldn't leave a stone unturned until they could find something that would contravene the rules.

    No, he isn't he just needs to choose what he says, and who he says it about, a little more carefully.

    If I was Jansson, Saiz, Forshaw, and a couple of others, I'd be feeling a tad "tarred with the same brush". On their own, the four or five players who are actually any good aren't going to compete against teams who have real quality, and they know it, so being berated in a public forum such as a radio show wasn't very smart on Radrizzanis part.

    As for recognising mistakes, where is there any reference in his utterances regarding the construction of the current squad, as opposed to just saying we're crap on the field? He was kind enough to acknowledge a couple of weeks ago that the squad was too big, and the wage bill had grown by £7m in a year. Its no secret as to why that is, so why, in his diatribe about players, was there no mention of mistakes having been made in player acquisition. Is Orta such a gentle wallflower that he isn't expected to face the same public criticism that the players he is responsible for signing have? He criticised Christiansen after he was sacked, but HE appointed the guy, and retained him for longer than he should have because (so we are led to believe) Orta persuaded him, so fess up please, and swallow some home-made humble pie, rather than flinging scatter-gun sh1t around.

    On the Wolves thing, of course we would have been treated differently, has been the case for years and will continue to be, so we just swallow it and get on, same for every other owner and Radrizzani SHOULD have know that before he took 50% ownership, never mind the whole farm! Nothing to be done there, particularly in the short term, so energy should be spent where it's going to have an effect, getting the Leeds 1st team to a point where it can perform on a par with those other giants of football, Bristol City and Sheffield United!

    he realised that by investing proper money in to the playing squad - the wolves way achieves results

    where as radrizaanis way, of not investing sufficient funds, and getting orta to recruit utter dross, from the back of beyond only causes utter embarassment , hence him throwing his toys out of his pram at the wolves hierarchy.

    the gap between the two sides was enormous and just emphasised , how far behind his counterparts he really is , and just what needs to be done to get there . unfortunately you cannot teach someone who will not listen and learn , and the same mistakes will be made until he sells up . the so called five year plan , will now be nothing like as long , further investment needs to be sought from somewhere else by the beginning of next season , or a new takeover will be very much on the cards in the not too distant future .

    To be honest I'm glad that neither of us is running the club.

    Lets face it we all know who's running the club it's Orta according to you.

    Picks the players, picks the match tactics all according to you, based on no evidence at all. In fact the only evidence in regard to this is AR saying it's not true.

    But surely AR must be lying to all of us because it doesn't fit in to your vision of what is happening at Leeds, all of it based on your imagination and links to crappy little blogs to support it.

    By the way my cars in for an MOT today (it will fail) so took the day off, what's your excuse for lurking on here day and night?

    Based on "no evidence at all"???? He has picked the players, how else do you account for retaining some complete dross when it was patently obvious change was required, but our previous head coach was impotent to make such change? I hope Heckingbottom is doing things differently, the evidence is promising, so far.

    You believe that the (previous) head coach "signed off" on all acquisitions? DoFs in just about EVERY other club work at the behest of the coach/manager, who requests players based on need. You think Christiansen, with the "dossier" stuffed under his arm, went to Orta and said, "I need this, this, and this player"? I think not, he was TOLD, "You get this, this and this player, and you do what you can, and what I tell you to do with them"

    And since when did you see me suggest I depend for MY views on the "crappy little blogs" I have posted links to? I don't need them, I simply make reference to show you that there are two sides (at least), to the story, as opposed to the "lets believe everything that comes out of Radrizzanis mouth" view of the world, something you subscribe to I suppose? Lying? No, but "economical with the exactitude", more than likely, it's hardly unknown in football, is it?

    What did they have to drink when they had this discussion, you should know since you were obviously there?
