On Sunday Warnock is looking at his eighth promotion from the Championship, many with bang average squads like Cardiff. That is his answer to his detractors.

He's certainly got something and his record at this level is astonishing , the Rotherham escape the other year was right up there too .

Get's the very best out of what he's got to work with , that's top class management in my book .

I'd av' bet good money had he stayed at Rotherham they'd have been challenging at t'other end of table aswell.

It might sound ridiculous, but what would these so called brilliant managers or coaches do at Halifax or York for example ?.
Fergie did it with St Mirren, then won absolutely everything with Aberdeen

Could imagine Bobby Robson being that sort of manager.
Warnocks a genius BTW, however strange he looks.

The only positive thing to say about the loathsome Colin W*nker is his impressive Cv at this level. Theres no way he would have constantly faffed about with changes like Hecky & Jose do, and even more so he wouldn't take any awful performances and he would have got better results from this average bunch of players. Its just what hes good at doing isn't it!.
