As someone who lived in Nottingham while at Uni in the 90's, I make regular returns to the City, so the game at County was always in the diary.

Definite second bookable for Hylton, but despite that a fab game for a goalless draw.

Fair play to County for allowing so many Luton supporters to attend, and to the County Fans for sticking around afterwards for the Luton party as well.

Good luck in the play-offs, hope we'll be back at Meadow Lane next year.

Either we kick it to Luton, they kick it to us or it's a drop ball, not sure why he felt the need to enforce his new rule but the ref was never really in control, as evidenced by the drinks break both sets of players decided to have a minute before the break leaving him standing on his own in the middle
I think the drop ball should be just that - a ball dropped after a stoppage when no foul was commited. If we reverted to when two opposing players had the ball dropped between them and they kicked away at it and each other as if they meant it, it would stop players conveniently and cynically disrupting play by rolling over because they have cramp - they say!

While I'm at it, a player whose injury is not a head injury should have to leave the field if he wants treatment, not sit two yards inside the touchline holding up play because he's bruised, The trainer ambles over, rubs something, and then we see the man get up and run round like a two-year old. If he has to go off and wait till the ref allows him back on the manager won't be very happy for his team to be a man down if he knows his player was faking it.

As for the drinks break, on the aftermatch chat on Radio Nottm I think it was Tootle who said it was the ref who said he thought they all needed a drinky.
