I agree! Even Robson-Kanu may feel the grass may be greener

There are many prolific goal scorers in Serie B and the like well worth looking at, decent prices too. It's not a forlorn hope that we return at the first attempt...but we need a 'top gun' coach and assistant...I won't bore you with the names again...

I actually think Rondon and Jrod would both do very well in the championship. I think they are "nearly" players - nearly good enough for the premier league, so would be plenty good in the championship. I also think they would have scored a lot more goals if they had played in a system that actually supports the attacking players for the last few seasons and their goal scoring prowess was trained out of them by Pulis. It must be hard to think about charging into the box with any conviction during an attack when you know you are going to be banished into the reserves for not holding up at the half way line incase they counter-attack. I am actually looking forward to seeing them play in the championship if they stay because they will get tons of goals with the right service against championship defenders, especially Rondon who a physical specimen who will shrug off the rough and tumble of the championship. The championship might also be more Robson-Kanu's level too, so same comment though not as tough, skilled or prolific.
    Just my thoughts.

Leave it out Calgary, Rondon's air shots in the Prem will be just the same in the championship...maybe worse as the pressure is even more intense.

You may be right. My comments are just a hunch so make of that what you will. But I don't think you become Venezuela's national team centre forward if you are that useless and he has scored pretty regularly for them (19 in 60 games I think) but I will agree he hasn't exactly shown that kind of form in an Albion shirt so he could go either way in the championship.
