Its all very well having the money isn't it Mike, but it takes a bit of quality and knowhow to spend it properly and as you say so many teams try and fail to do this now.
It annoys me to think where Wigan & Fulham have come from because of Dave Whelan's and Al Fayed's money alone, but its not all down to money.
