    Considering that they have had eight managers during the last three years his chances of beginning next season are bleak indeed.

    Talk is extremely cheap.
    The man needs to concentrate on helping Sunderland out rather than having a pop at Newcastle.
    Save that take for when both teams are in the same league, because the rivalry and banter is non existent in one respect due to massive league difference.

    I'm sure most Sunderland fans won't be giving much of a toss what he says, to be fair. All they will be thinking about is him and the rest helping their club out of the mire so they can live to fight the fight in the banter stakes with us and have something to shout about.

    I have a feeling it'll be a decade or so before any headway gets made....if it does at all.
    If they hit the ground running and manage to pay Ellis off and then still manage to go from strength to strength, then the man can be taken seriously with their fans.
    He'd have been better just keeping his trap shut.
