Agree with Tricky about owners and social media ending in tears sometimes but it's the way of the world now and not going to change. If you do use it then be prepared not to rise to it. The trouble is we're all human so even if we read it and think it's not affected us then some posts will. I was talking to my mate about this the other day and the way social media is used now to vent peoples hate and jealousy, we were using Sterling as an example, not everyones cup of tea but on his day a match winner and England don't have many of those. Other countries might try build this guy up to boost him going into the world cup but we kill him in the tabloids then idiots kill his confidence on social media. This country is full of no marks jealous of anyone who does remotely well, sad cnuts.

Social media has turned people with the communication skills of a brick wall , into legends in their own minds .

For many , online abuse, and vitriol has taken the place of the place of inflatable *** dolls , as their only means of gratification.

Anybody seen my bicycle pump ?

Because it all ends in tears. Owners should keep off social media. The minute they mix and fawn with fans, they are on a count down clock. They have supplied an avenue for their own fans and rivals to wind them up and ultimately it ends up in a major teddy out of the pram.
We had one ourselves. Things are good whilst they are going well, but the minute they are not, all hell breaks loose.

So don't tell me about dummy spitting, the Trews got plenty of that from your lot.
Now whilst I admire and respect Alan Hardy in most everything he does, and stands for, I must agree with Tricky........Too much media......specifically Twitter.

Thanks for the correction. Doesn't seem 10 mins since they were in league 1 winning the accolade for being the team that had won a European trophy to have been relegated the most.

I don’t deny he is getting some self gratification from being on twitter and liking the limelight.

But really Nott County as a club need someone to take us out of the shadows, we need someone who shouts so the media stand up and listen because at the end of the day promoting a club like us is hard to do without a vocal figurehead.

Yes he has made some silly statements which he has backtracked on, but he is passionate about football and his enthusiasm is infectious and he wants to express that, presently it’s mostly positive.

I don’t understand Forest fans who just think they did us a favour by loaning us two players who did extremely well, interesting that it was 100% success rate. How did their other loanees get on at other clubs for instance? Didn’t one go to forest green? I don’t pay any attention to forest so not sure of any others.

Should I be dead or in the Guinness Book Of Records?
That trophy looks quite heavy when it's lifted on telly but it really isn't.

The R*dback obsession with the European Cup is a genus of forget-me-not.

Yet ironically it is mentioned on this thread numerous times by Notts fans.

As for respect being earned, it was last season when we loaned you your best player and your top goalscorer.

Not that it matters as he's a chimp, but there you go.
