I still think he’ll be looking for a club around here , his wife doesn’t want to leave . He’ll be dropping his wage demands faster than a .......

There was that many rumours of him comin back ere, its turned into a bit of a sideshow, i really like the kid, I'd ave him back ere in a heartbeat, so would a few of you. If he isn't, then just hope he gets a club and keeps his nose clean.

Always got that memory behind goal at wembley, a knew that worra goal when it left his boot.

Hammill's got flaws , personal issues that haven't possibly gone away , the lad can't handle the downsides in the game and turns to alcohol to cope .

Classic genius personality , you don't get the talent without the flaws .

With his head right and ripping league one defenders a new one then there's no problem , piece of pyss to manage .

It's the what if with me and I love the lad , it's not going quite right on the field perhaps , it could happen , gets a knock , loses his place and can't get back in and gets frustrated and then you could potentially have a big problem to manage .

Is he worth the risk if the team are winning regularly ?

He came back last time because given our position at the time the risk was worth taking .

Give me Adam on it and there's nothing better but ...............??

As I say I love the lad , given me some of the best BFC memories but we appear to have a better environment down there right now and I'm looking at this a bit differently than I did in May .

Sensitively put Animal and i agree, when he came back we couldn't beat the girl guides and i attribute our turn in fortunes to him to a large extent, tricky 2nd time at a club but for me he hasn't lot anything but youth, he's still tenacious and tricky, thinks he can tackle but cant, and i love the lad annorl. His cv will be enhanced by this stint, 3rd tier he can walk, 2nd tier wi some work he can be a good pro. Any club in our league should be fightin for him.

His heart lies at Oakwell. Best phases o his career have been darn theear. If he goes to someone like Donny then I wouldn't expect the same impact . If a player like Hammill is happy then tha sees best results. If there's a problem which meks him unhappy then its difficult to get the best art o him imo.
