    I got round to watching the brief highlights on Quest at lunchtime. What a cracking opening goal that was!
    The game could do with referees reading the rules about handball. They are all far too quick to give the handball at the moment even if it is accidental or unavoidable. We would have had another goal with the correct interpretation.
    On the other hand, well elbow, Livermore was lucky not to get a red for his.
    Was Brunt better yesterday? They showed one good shot he had but can't judge any players performance on the highlights alone.

    Yes he was ok yesterday but I think this was down to the fact that Livermore turned up for this game and took some of the pressure off him. We still need a tackling quick central midfielder in my opinion and i hope we don't end up regretting not getting one in as the season wears on.
