One of the most dismal Villa games to watch in ages. A lot of the time players hoofing the ball anywhere in the air and it going backward and forwards like a ping pong ball instead of getting it under control on the ground. Defence still suspect and little to enthuse about with what is offered by the forwards in this squad. The club are living in dreamland if they really think this squad at present are going to return them to Premiership football next season.

Again Bruce treats the game like a pre season friendly. All wide men so called wingers x4 on the bench, they are supposed to be the ones putting crisses in for our 2 strikers. 3 left footed midfielders running for the same ball. Jedi in defence, thought he was a midfielder and hutton horribly exposed on hus keft side maybe because he is right footed. Not too mention our goal keeper is rubbish.
