Pretty clear that Nelms is in favour if only to cover his own ineptitude. He can turn this around by demanding McIntyre appoint an assistant tomorrow other than Dodds or be suspended for breach of something or other. McIntyre is a very average manager who won't motivate our players any more than a Hughes or a Stubbs.
