Mitro has blanked in the last 6 outings so not the goal machine he is bigged up to be by some posters in here

Our two centre forwards gave 4 goals between them,one less than Mitro who has played ever game so far.

Regardless of what is said about him to the negative, he wasn't given a fair crack of the whip and the excuse that he didn't fit in to Rafa's set up was scuppered with the signing of Rondon who is a similar type of player.

I really don't agree with the digs by some posters against Mitrovic but each to their own and we will all differ at some point in almost every aspect on just about everything. He didn't force his way out and he wanted to play for this club. That alone puts him in a high bracket for me, as a player and person and the rest of it he's proving to himself what he's capable of, for club and country, regardless of whether he's fired a handful of blanks.
Even the top strikers for much better teams fire blanks and go on barren spells then hit a vein of scoring form, once again.

Mitrovic has grown up a lot. His disciplinary record shows a massive turnaround, also.
He would arguably have been a massive asset to us if played to his strengths.

The fact that he's now a Fulham player ensures his talents have not (up to now) been wasted and his international caps will remain constant because of it.
If he's not played to his strengths with Ranieri then he'll have to move on again, hopefully to a better outfit that affords him the opportunities to enhance his career and also the betterment of the club he ends up at.
