    But is it really?

A month ago I changed the lottery numbers I've used since the first draw. Yesterday, the original numbers came up costing me £5 million.

I would love that to be true.

The bloke openly admitted that he had no experience of running a football club and this inexperience has proved to be disasterous. The whole club is top heavy with pointless appointments and people just riding the gravy train... including many players.

I’ve asked this question of Hardy on Twitter, time and time again... what is Paul Hart doing at the club? What is his job? What is he responsible for? He’s never answered.. he avoids answering.

Too many hangers on... too many players on a last payday. The whole club is a mess, from top to bottom. It’s a ****ing disgrace what is happening to our club.

Hardy is like a lad on Betfred... he’ll just keep gambling and gambling until he’s got nowt left.

He hasn't been on Twitter since November actively so that may be why no response there.

    Totally agree.

When I realised it was THE George I found it cringe worthy.

It's Alan's hard earnt money but I find this very inappropriate.

If George was a retired former goalkeeper, Notts or otherwise, fair enough, but he's a young lad not a sporting hero.

Just doesn't sit well with me. I can't bear to watch George adjusting his gloves and making the goal look big etc

Didn't he appoint a head of recruitment*? Does any club anywhere have a worse record for recruitment than us, many of them after his appointment? And a Director of Football, but be careful there, there's a few experts on here who would say that if you don't know what Hart does (and no-one actually does), you can't criticise him.

Hardy is similar to Trew in that he believes you can appoint your way to success, but football is a business unlike any other. You don't need heads of this and that who can do a good PowerPoint presentation, just a decent manager and a small squad of good players for their level. The jury is out on the first point and has long since given a guilty verdict on the latter.

This was before the “great sulk”. I asked the question once and it obviously rankled with him and he responded with “are you his boss”... to which I replied, “no, you are, that’s why I’m asking”

I think there is some misunderstanding here. It wasnt a football meeting, it was to watch a **** film. I know because the video was bought the day before with Mr Hardys name and address. It was express post, the video features me and 8 Russian women, and four Finnish. They couldnt wait.

Good point, I think both thought that because they have made a few million in business they would find it easy to do the same with a football club. As you say, football is a business unlike any other.

I wouldn't even go that far. At this level a squad of average players can do well if they are motivated, organised and prepared to run through brick walls for the shirt. Most of our lot would be scared to run through a wall made of tissue paper.

With a name like Valery, he'll fit right in with our squad.
