Looks a really solid signing. Goalkeeper had to be a priority. Now lets see if he can get into the team. Expect he will be an instant improvement if he does.

I'd be very surprised if he's been brought in as understudy to Ross Fitzsimons.

I would have thought that he & Norm if my sources are correct played a part in his recruitment.

Sir Alex used to trust his GK coaches to pick his keepers as they were far more qualified than him.

I can only arrive at a figure of 34 (still far too many) so just out of interest, who are the 4 young professionals who haven’t been included in the first team squad this season?

Not sure what you mean? Are you trying to make up the 38 players used?

Quite a few of the youth team have made bench appearances including Dongda He (first game), Declan Dunn, Tyreece Kennedy-Williams, Kion Etete, Sam Osbourne, Remaye Campbell and Alex Howes off the top of my head, Max Culverwell (GK) has possibly been on the bench, I think he probably was for a JPT game when Pindroch got injured in the warm up.

The four who signed pro contracts this season are Remaye Campbell, Declan Dunn, Kion Etete and Sam Osbourne.
