Big Dave is doing a good job, and I feel he is learning fast. I do share the concerns if we go up though. Too many Loan signings. I am left with these questions.
    1. How many of those loan signings will/can stay?
    2. Are Loan signings that Prem teams cant put in their first team good enough anyway?
    3. Assuming we cant keep them, Will we splash the cash as Wolves have done?
    4. Although Moore is doing great, will he be out of his depth for a full season in the Prem?
    5. Will we just be cannon fodder for the other teams?

Boingy - in terms of number 2 - yes! Newcastle supporters say Gayle is a fantastic championship player but not good enough for the Premier League. We did say that about Rondon but they seem to like him!
    3. Will we hell with Lai as the owner!!!
    4. Personally, I think he will. We have a better squad than Leeds or Norwich but they both have better tactically astute managers.
    5. Yes without investment for sure! Ben Foster saved us 10 points where Johnstone has lost us ten points in an inferior division. That's just one example of many!!

He is doing a good job IMO - our squad is not the best in terms of depth, better now after the Jan window, but, still not good enough when suspensions and injuries come.

Good team spirit, nice football to watch, many goals scored, a nice bloke and loyal club servant as head coach, still in there for promotion, better atmosphere in the club - well I can see a few positives. 😎

However, I thought our subs and GM on Saturday was brilliant. He bought on fresh legs for a tiring Johanson and Murphy who didn't look too interested after he picked up that knock and he reacted to them bringing on Shawcross by bringing on Bartley immediately.

I thought our game management was great too, holding it in the corner for the final couple of minutes, something we don't do enough of in tight games.

There are some posters on here who criticise Moore, and perhaps rightly in some cases this season - let's remember he is still learning. Any of you want to give Moore & his team some props for Saturday?
    Agreed 123! 👍
