It doesn't matter, the major overriding issue is that managers and players outside the Dundee sphere see the club as a lost cause due to stunning ineptitude over 40 years. almost every club in the Premiership has hit heights Dundee couldn't even dream of due to the toxicity and conplete failure since 1974. What player or manager would pit Dundee on their CV? The Marrs tried it, FPS tried it, it's pointless. These loan signings are thinking wtf am I doing here, then they remember it's the money. Dundee FC are toxic, that is it.

We can do this. It isn't completely hopeless. Aberdeen have a bigger game next Saturday. We have got to set up defensively and try to nick a win. Hoping Cammy gets a game.

Admire your optimism but we will loose meekly the morrow in front of a piss taking sheep support and small and silent home support.

The guts have been kicked out of the club b cram........I can't quite put my finger on why but I just think we were next on the list of relatively large club's (in scotland) to just loose too many fans.

I hope I've called it wrong and I'm completely Doon the wrang line.....but I've got a no bad record with things like this.

    Id say youre bang on
The crowd at Perth were going through the motions out of blind loyalty
The fight has been knocked out of them
    Everything is flat and dispirited
It started wi the Derry and has swept through the whole support
Nelms must shoulder the blame for this

I think the whole Derry thing is overstated, it started with hardly winning any home matches over the last few years. If we had a good home record and were in top six the Derry would be bouncing. Support apathy largely due to the team on the park/managers failing to produce anything worth watching or getting excited about at Dens Park.

Good point, a loud Derry might lift the players' spirits but they'd still be the same bang average squad of players incapable of scoring or preventing other teams from scoring.

If the players were winning, or even playing reasonably well, The Derry would fill up and it would be loud - they're not so it isn't.

    As I said.

For me DFC is the Derry, where I've went since I was a boot 10 after graduating from the main stand.

It wouldn't be bouncing, it's gone, probably never to return.😐
