I'm behind any manager and any player, no matter who.
If they underperform I'll whine about them. If they do well I'll praise them.

There's been no change since I first supported the club and there will be no change now or in future for as long as I exist or as long as the club exists..

    I really don't know.

I've always supported the team and manager at start because they've earnt that.

However, any appointment will be an Ashley yes man and I can't support that.

    I just don't know.

No chance if it's Pardew though, or Kinnear.

I criticised him for his negative tactics just as I praised him for his change in them.
What I didn't do and still don't, is have him down as any messiah. I don't particularly find what he did at this club anything special but I've said time and again I could take him or leave him and it still stands.
I wouldn't have any issues about him staying on if that's the case and I still back him and any team he puts out but I'll still whine and whinge about him and any player that doesn't perform at any specific time just as I'll praise, as I do.

The same will go for any manager whether he's a rookie ex player or a seasoned lower league manager, just as it will for any top manager.

As simple as that as far as I'm concerned.

He constantly had digs ay Rafa all of the time Rafa was restricted by Ashley's lack of invetment. But lo and behold when Rafa brought in Almiron thus allowing him to play a more adveturous style of play then Wilf changed tune a bit.

Doesn't it prove Wilf what we all know and you deny that it's Ashleys stinginess with investment and not Rafa's ability to produce.

Need to redefine the term manager.

The new gimp won't be the manager in any traditional sense.

He will just be someone who puts the cones out and collect the bibs picking the team and tactics based on the slim pickings left of the team. Expansive attacking football will once again be off the menu with parking the bus the only option.

He will manage fk all of any importance like player buys, budgets, sales.
