Thread: So.i'm not the only one who thought Dom Ball was a decent player

For what it’s worth I liked Dom Ball but he lacks the aspect of his game that gets players around him motivated, unlike Wood who can ******* others into raising their game even when he playing poorly himself.

Difficult to fully judge this young lad bearing in mind we only saw him for five months in his time with us.
One game I did see him play Centre-Back was Burton Albion away. He played the full match and a journey man Centre-Forward called Chris O'Grady had DB's ' pants down', he had an awful game that particular day, however so did others. We lost 2-1 v Burton Albion and a certain Matt Palmer scored one of their goals.

Warburton at QPR knows DB so should be able to develop him into a player that he ought to be and where Grant McCann at Peterborough and us failed to do so.

I wish Dominic Ball well, good luck to him.

That would be the Matt Palmer who has never scored a league goal for us... or ever even looked like doing in any game I've seen.

That's RUFC for you. Play for us, can't score in a brothel. Leave us to play for someone else and enjoy threesomes in a nunnery

Yes 24 games without a goal. Bearing in mind that Warne’s favourite Joe Newell made 32 appearances last season and he didn’t score either.

So Jake Bidwell and Luke Freeman leaving QPR to be replaced by Dom Ball.
Good move for him but can't see their fans being too happy about that bit of business

Why even post if you don’t give a **** to others opinions?
