What we are missing are 3 maybe 4 quality league one wingers who people deemed not good enough, and we could do better.

It does not really matter who comes in playing that formation because it’s rubbish ! How do you expect to win games with three young lads in midfield ? against four experienced pros like Potter and Perkins but to name two I know ?
We have been over run in the last two matches second half especially has the front three have been poor, again.
We need more experience at full back, midfield and up front, Smallwood and Leon Clarke ? What we are missing is a Ajayi and a Vaulks for instance, we were bullied today by a strong and determines squad from the lower division who probably cost nothing.

We won’t play that formation when the wingers are on pitch though will we

This lad sounds just the sort of player we need along with Chieo it should give us more options for the rest of the season. Let’s hope the lad does sign on the dotted line...👍

Yes a very good display of no nonesense defending.
A slimmed down version of Akinfenwa who was very mobile for a big lad and not a lot got past him
