You only see social workers from your perspective, and im sure she is lovely. I see them from another perspective, where I have to tolerate garbage from the Kremlin. I could tell you a few stories that would change your mind. Their values are wrong, and cross a line.

These people do more harm to clients than you could possibly imagine. I could expand on that but I will be wasting my time. That wont be true, nobby, im afraid, computers deprive society of countless jobs. Talking to a human is now almost impossible. For instance, ive now meddled around with my email outlook thing, have I fixed it or not?, what on earth was wrong with it in the first place?, what did I do to change it?, will future important emails disappear/ etc.... at least with a puncture I know if its fixed or not.

Its not user friendly, a computer programmer will regard you as an idiot for not knowing as much as him. I suppose in the future humans will become part machines themselves, and will understand computers at a deeper level. Not my generation though.

Letters or phone calls will do me.
