I was talking to the lad who owns our Chinese and he is very upbeat about Rafa and the side and said it was an exciting time to be a fan

I know who I would rather have own the club and who would be manager. The Chinese club win on both counts.
The plans I saw online that they have for their new academy were 1st class.Puts our paddling pool and wheelie bins to shame.

You don't need a billionaire to pump millions into the club when a couple of tins of Dulux does more or less the same

I have every confidence Rafa will sort the problems out and turn around the performances and results because he is experienced, very knowledgeable, has a good team of coaches around him, is his 'own man' and can improve his players individually as well as outwit most managers tactically.

    Then there's Bruce.................

Ah, but Penfold has told us our facilities are perfectly adequate.

Honestly, man...if that was a kids' holiday club you'd go, aye, mebbe....but for a Premier League club?????

    Fuck's sake....beggars belief.

You don't need Ivan Drago type facilities to get a job done, you just need adequate facilities which we certainly have.

Rafa brought in Rondon. Did a deal at West Brom. Get yourself a goal son.

Have you ever been for a visit to our facilities to fully inspect them or are you just assuming they are ‘adequate‘
