    That's the nature of the championship Wardy , the majority of the league are inconsistent and anybody can beat anybody .

    I said to the lads at work on friday I fancied us to win at Millwall , not because we are any great shakes ourselves but because Millwall had won their last three games and four successive wins at this level is as rare as tyts on a fish .

    Just need to keep it up. Might be a couple of set backs next two games but hopefully results will go our way and we're not too far adrift come Derby away.

    [QUOTE=SBRed48;39392556]Youngsters are inconsistent.

    We still see spells this season when a particular individual flowers forra while and then dees back.

    Al keep my powder dry until 31 st January.

    I'll agree with that. January will show us how much this lot want Championship football or profit!

    Struber and the players have given Conway a second chance here. Get the right players in and make strides into mid table and there's a good chance all will be forgotten.

    It shows how far Hoss and Co has lowered expectations that we rejoice at two wins against mid table teams and achieving 19 pts in heyf a season.
    The danger is Hoss will use these recent achievements as an excuse not only not to strengthen but instead claim that selling is a reasonable thing to do.

    The brass might say, see? We ad the right players all the time and it must a bin stendels fault for not getting a tune out of em, I flamin hope not, we're crying out for some organisation especially at the back, too much ball watchin and downright daydreaming goin on at crucial times, we need a head, proper footballer wi some experience who'll wake folk up.

    One things pretty much nailed on.

    Woodrow, mowatt Chaplin. One or all are heading down the drive.

    I can’t see it either, can you imagine the reaction if we sold our top scorer two seasons on the trot.

    Hey some decent comments at last Wardy, especially from a 'former' Barnsley fan on here.
    Yes thats important that Stoke and Wigan and Luton didnt pull too far ahead of us, and now we're in our first real bit of form this season, there really is genuine hope again amongst us that we just might shock everybody and stay up this season.
    And I think I keep over rating this league to be honest, because even in a number of defeats this season, we havent been totally outplayed and thrashed etc, and I think we can use the word 'unlucky' a few times.

    Yes Im saying it again for the first time in months.... come on Barnsley!!.
