I will say only this, Capt 'fantastic' Wood HAS to start he makes them totally tick. His inclusion to the team when coming on as sub completely lifted and changed the game.

    Wood MUST start!

IBS, take a day off Wood will be playing...Best wishes for the New Year btw.....

Google image reveals, no she doesn't run the line in a hijab.

There are "sports hijabs" BTW before anyone starts.

Why is this even been discussed? I am in total support of her attempting to officiate, I loved it and good luck to her.

This women has loads of experience.....

England’s Lisa Rashid will officiate at Sunday’s UEFA Women’s Euro Under-19 Final between France and Spain in Senec, Slovakia.
The Birmingham County FA official has been appointed as assistant referee for the prestigious fixture which kicks-off at 7pm [CET].
Rashid, who first become involved in the game as a 15-year-old, now operates regularly in the English Football League and The FA Women’s Super League.
Sunday’s Final will be her highest profile appointment since joining the FIFA list in 2011.
Other career highlights to date include being named as assistant referee for the SSE Women’s FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium in May of this year, whilst she also fulfilled the same role in the UEFA Women’s Euro Under-17 Final in 2013, between Poland and Sweden.

Those of you young enough to have a go at officiating, give it a go if you think it's so easy. Me thinks 99% of you won't bother....

Needs to toughen up. I've had one for 6 years and still manage to get on here every day to keep Crash in order

Predicable response from Crash - just grateful that it wasn't worse - just the stuff to get women and people from ethnic minorities on board ,eh Mods ? Have a day off from the racism and ***ism , you muppet ... and grovelling to the royal family too, whilst you are at it
Whoever is running the line, surely cant be any worse than the white male (I think!) lino from the last game

Woody was brilliant last game and can't be left out.... mainly because we haven't got anybody else
