How about this for a useless stat? If all the games between the top 10 end in draws and the top 10 win all their other games then we'll end up finishing 2nd to Coventry (85pts v 84pts) and above Wycombe on goal difference (assuming all their wins aren't by significantly more goals than ours)

Hopefully we had our dodgy spell early doors, during the 4-3-3 experiment. We've not really stuttered since before Christmas which worries me a little. I'm just not used to supporting a team that keeps producing wins. The teams below us aren't all going to have disastrous ends to the season, they'll all carry on mostly winning, so we can't afford slip ups. If we beat Coventry, someone below them will win and we'll still only be a couple of points clear.

There's no breathing space at the top of L1 compared to other divisions, aside from Liverpool obviously.

Before play yesterday, Leicester were only 3 points off the pace they set when they won the title. The fact that they are 26 points behind just show how dominant Liverpool have been.

Or how mediocre the others have been.
