Yes, but compare this punishment to that handed out to Joey Barton.
Barton still got to go to trial in June 2020 for his assault on ex Barnsley manager.

I'm all for kicking racism out of our game but this is bullsh1t.
Won't happen mate - we don't do marking.

If true it's harsh but Charlton have at least 5 or 6 players who meet that description so I have my doubts.

It will be interesting to see the independent regulatory commission's written report when it comes out next week. As Casilla was given an 8 week ban rather than the minimum of 6 weeks I suspect there may more to it than reported on this thread.

Well if its proven 100% he did racially abuse the Charlton player then he deserves all he gets. But where I have my doubts is the 'probability' he did say something rather than the proof. To ruin a players reputation on the 'probability' claim just does not sit right with me.

That’s how the thought police operate with full backing from the sheep.

I agree Grist. I received a life ban from coaching here in the US when at one of my daughter's U8 games I yelled 'Mark that No 2" and due to No 2 being a common US euphemism I was found guilty of referring to one of the opposition as "A sh!t"
