Couldnt believe the groans when Powers name was called out, but Pawlett, there was a wee groan from me. At least Powers shut a few pusses on that yesterday.

I wasnt aware of booing at the end, but there was not much clapping either and that is what they deserved, not the booing.

I met Reynolds a few weeks ago and the first thing i did was thank him for what the new regime were doing with the club and him being a big part of that as club captain. The second thing i did was apologise for the atmosphere at Tanadice with people putting more pressure on the players with groans and shouts if we don’t score early or aren’t winning late in games. Yesterday at the end was pathetic by many and this has become worse in my opinion since the half season tickets. We need to get an altogether attitude however for many fans this isn’t going to happen under Neilson which is a shame because after all is said in done this team have delivered what was asked of them this season. If people want free flowing football to go with it then Tanadice certainly isn’t the place to go.

i think a positive line up and also dropping consistent under performers would go a long way...

In the car yesterday the match reporter for BBC Radio Scotland said,"United did not look like champions."If Celtic were on the same run as we are on and had drawn at home to the team bottom of their league there would have been booing at the end of the game.

We ARE going to win the League. The results elsewhere yesterday confirmed that - no one from the teams below us is going to put together the sort of run that would be needed to overhaul us. The winning post is likely going to end up around the 66-67 point mark absolute tops. However what is happening is the others are handing us the League now rather than us going out, grasping the nettle and winning the bloody thing. At the moment we’re going to be Champs by default which from where we were seems utterly ridiculous.

How has this happened? First of all in all fairness injuries have played a significant role. Clark in particular. However the changes RN has brought about of late have disrupted things, shall we say, unnecessarily. I still don’t know why he changed up a settled back four to accommodate Connolly particularly now it’s come out that Watson was not unfit. Yes, it was a shame on Connolly but, well tough, that’s football and they had had an unbelievable run of defensive displays. So why break it up? It’s no coincidence we started leaking goals again. Powers? Why? The pace of the team has dropped big style since his introduction and we’ve stopped getting in behind defences like we had been. As a result, Shanks goals are dropping as less chances are being created. Ok he scored yesterday but bloody hell it’s eye bleeding stuff watching football being played at walking pace. Finally there is just a general air of lethargy like the job’s done. Well it’s not quite yet so maybe a boot up a few @rses might be in order rather than saying to the press that previous runs were ‘unsustainable’. Why is it that the previous levels are being seen now as unattainable?

So, c’mon Robbie get a grip and get this bloody job finally done. Lord knows we’ve had enough of this stupid division.

Absolute 5hite re Powers. Is keeping the ball and actually passing to a tangerine jersey a sin now? Do you think Powers slows play down a lot more than Butcher? It's you opinion but slagging off one of our best players from Saturday is way off the mark.

Never have and never will boo any player in Tangerine. However we are all debating how things have derailed somewhat the last couple of months. Powers introduction straight into the team has coincided with this. It’s not the only issue but it’s a big contributor. IMHO.
