Unconfirmed, but talkSport are saying PL and EFL will suspend until 4th April.
Presumably the NL will have to follow suit.

    Expect confirmation at 11am.

Brian Caldwell, Shrewsbury Town chief executive, on the financial impact of postponements or cancellations: "We’ve got five home games left, you are probably looking at £200,000-£250,000 would be lost by not having the income from not just tickets but bars, hospitality, programming income and everything else that we at this level all rely on.
“It could have a devastating effect on some clubs potentially having that loss of income.”

I can't see the season bursting back into life on 4th April. Presumably the leagues will be frozen with Barrow and Harrogate being promoted. Either that or the season will be cancelled with no promotions and relegations.

Expect the media to descend on Meadow Lane tomorrow. We're the biggest club to carry on playing.

Well I am stunned to be honest I mean if we carry on playing what are we playing for if the others dont get back on the pitch there will be no promotion/play offs.

I think they will call it off later.

Well, each to their own but people have to question from a moral perspective, if it’s worth a game of football to put members of their families lives at risk? My dad is 89... I won’t.

PL are saying "Despite the challenges, it is the Premier League’s aim is to reschedule the displaced fixtures....when it is safe to do so."

England friendlies with Denmark and Italy cancelled.
