Loads of farm fields around here, one farmer I know and he will get help for free from mates if he needs it

I did spud bashing for quite a few years to earn some money when I was at school.
Bloomin hard work in challenging weather
Got promoted to lifting the potato hampers into the trailer instead of just filling them up for an extra 50p an hour
Still put that on my CV even today

I earned a small pittance pea picking at Notton Picked up & rode on the back of a farm lorry along with about 30 others [wouldn't be allowed today]
Extra 50 p an hour ??? we got just a few bob for a full days work. Farmer provided a "chuckwagon" & sold tea at extortionate rates

Romanians have taken over the cocaine trade in London, ask anyone who works in retail about the shoplifters, pickpockets on the Tube, *** traffickers, all in all it would be better if British people picked the crops I believe.
