I used to store my Bird food in large plastic containers in the kitchen till the mice gnawed through, I moved the containers out to the shed and the same thing happened, so I bought an old metal trunk from Ebay for the food and have had no problem since.

I have killed 2 Rats with my air rifle since moving, they were under the decking in the Sister in laws garden, she's not had any before, its been a week and no more have appeared.... .. .. . . . . . . yet.

I know its not nice Sinkov, but I also use Rat/Mice poison in my sheds and I'm comfortable with it as I don't want to see them walking around like they own the place.

Last two nights.....nothing, peanut butter not touched, no dead mice. Hopefully I've seen 'em all off and the war is over.

I don't know, is wild boar classed as pork ? I suppose it should be but I ate it once in Corsica, a wild boar stew, seemed more like beef than pork, could have been beef bourguignon for all I could tell.

BT : In those same lines . Do Jews eat pork? Arabs ,Jews both do not touch pork so we are to believe ,just the very religious, and what I think those from North Africa etc, dont /won't eat it . So why shoot the wild Boar? What we perceive exists, and what we don't see does not exist?

All I know Balan is when I was regularly visiting Stuttgart, I frequented a hotel in Magstadt, they regularly had wild boar on the menu and it was bloody gorgeous in a mushroom sauce with egg rich noodles. Yum!

Of course, I speak about Pork, does that mean I am telling Porkies ? So you ate a meal in some Gasthof ! Magstadt, Baden-Württemberg, Black Forrest area. Yes, the boar would roam the Black Forrest, probably shot by some 'Gastarbeiter' But my dear friend when I say ''but I think sells them to Arabs.'' We must not forget Christian Arabs!!!! Yes, Bethlehem,(Beit =House Lecham =Bread, hebrew,)House were they sold bread,in those times long ago ,and still today.
