EDIT: Actually the away leg was played in Amsterdam, still not that far though, an extra 3 miles.

" I don't believe it ", I thought Terry Butcher was nailed on, he did travel along way to win a trophy, he was born in Singapore.
I know he appeared at Millmoor as a manager.
