    I get the impression Bird is lazy. Something was said in one of the Zoom with Zoum calls done. A question about laziest in training and Bird was given up resoundingly. Some players would get away with it, Bird needed to train hard and it seems he didn’t fancy it.

    The squad has more than enough to old its own in the EFL. However the issue hasn't been the quality of the squad this season more some of the lackadaisical performances at times and Ardleys tactics and motivational ability. Covid came at a terrible time for us as those problems seemed to finally be behind us. We have now lost all of the momentum so if we get our play offs it will be a very different kind of test for Ardley where it isn't patience that is required but some grit and steel performances over a few games and as always with the play offs a decent slice of luck!
