Thread: VAR already

Anyhow, as I know that Brin loves a good conspiracy theory.

Tonight’s game was entirely computer generated. Bankrolled by an asian betting cartel, they had put big money on a 0-0 draw.

The VAR mistake was just a smokescreen to deflect attention.

Other clues were there such as the fake sound effects and the replacement of players names on the shirts. Having BLM on the back of every shirt makes the CGI easier to render.

Tight deadlines though meant that the referee virtual image had to be replaced with a cardboard cut out with painted on eyes. Nobody noticed the change.

Just seen it and it's a good job a goal wasn't given because The SUFC player knocks the Villa keeper into the back of the net.
The error was actually not giving a free kick for a foul.

    Typical whinging deedah,s

That may be so but the ref was tapping his watch, which either meant he was trying to get the little silver balls in Mickey Mouse’s ears or he was expecting VAR/Hawkeye to give him a clue.

It was a goal. Everyone knew it. An apology will be scant consolation if they miss out on the Champions League by a point. Scandalous.

flour, are you on something? It was the keeper's own player that knocked backwards into the net. Is specsavers open yet?

There may have been a foul early but he was clearly knocked over the line by his own player.
