I await with interest Paul putting into motion the high principles he espoused in an Official Statement about challenging the EFL's general poor governance on behalf of football clubs in general. I'm sure you would expect him to stick to his promise and would wish him well in that task as a kind of knight in shining armour.
SB i know you've got an agenda I'm not sure if you used the words "my bias hate" or my "bias dislike" either way the 7/8 chairmen who raised issuse with the EFL got exactly what they asked for, justice now not next season.Plain and simple the clubs involved should be applauded not attacked.

I thought you, of all people, would respect a person's right to post about things that interest them.

If the owner of our football club is potentially going back on his word to challenge the governance of football in this country in general, not the narrow issues this season, then that is a matter of interest and concern.

I suspect it wouldn't have been met with a casual shrug of the shoulder .

The EFL is still corrupt Bill and next season it may be us to fall foul of its mismanagement .

There was an opportunity this summer to clean the EFL up and one of it's strongest critics Mr Conway has chosen to walk away based on our own championship survival .

What goes around comes around Bill .
I'm not happy that Wednesday are punished next year although that benefits BFC.If Derby are shown to be innocent what do you want Conway to do?I'm sure if 10 or more clubs were of the same mind pressure could be kept on the EFL to get its house in order the trouble is there probably isn't 10 teams who play to the rules.

He wouldn't be fighting battles for individual clubs though would he .

He'd be fighting for the EFL to apply its own rules to the benefit of ALL CLUBS .

An entirely different stance altogether from the one you are adhering to .

It's called collectivism Bill , it was quite effective once over in promoting fairness and a more level playing field in life .

As I say , the loaded gun is still at large within the Championship .

Let's hope it doesn't get pointed at our head this coming season and blow us back to league one .

It will be a futile exercise from Mr Conway once again pretending to claim the moral high ground if the bullet is lodged between his ears with this Tyke .

    I can assure you .

I never mentioned Derby County Bill , if you look at that particular case it's an entirely different matter to that of Sheffield Wednesday in the way the procedure over ground sale was handled , as flawed as that may sound .

Derby County actually had it signed off by the EFL and was accounted for within the rules .

    Wednesday's wasn't .

On the 24th July Barnsley FC issued a Club Statement about EFL governance in general.

It concluded "there has to be a change to the whole system and just as our coaching staff, club employees, players and supporters have fought this season, so will your club continue the fight by all means necessary"

I didn't write it Bill. I your happy to ignore the club's promises Bill then so be it.

The EFL did bring a case against Derby Anmal or there wouldn't have been anything to contest, They considered Derby had overvalued their ground even though it was accounted for in the proper season's accounts.

    Morals of an hyena .

Hyenas are laughing demonic scavengers who survive off the backs of others .

    It's a decent fit .

Are you not giving your view to reflect what's happened as just 10 days ago you said

"Yes if you're referring to the Oakwell board nothing changes. Not in the red,not in administration, appointing another good manager and more important in my eyes not cheating like Wednesday,Derby and Wigan etc"

I get a faint sense that you thought Derby were guilty of cheating but I may have misread your meaning if not

    what changed your mind bill?

Couldn't be being wise after the event could it?
