Depends what time it's run 3 or 4 usually. I'm only concentrating on the Ledger. I don't like tipping regular, don't want to lose people money.

Before this thread gallops ahead before the big day,I would just like to remind everybody of a previous “risk free bet”..gru put up here for the mm posters.....needless to say it lost and the suggested stake of £100 would have been lost....so if anyone is silly enough to start collating the rent money in readiness...beware.!.(as if you weren’t already).

I finished in front tipping on here at this years Cheltenham festival. It was a few years before that I tipped on here. I don't watch flat racing so I'd be looking at the ratings & there's a couple of tipsters who tip there fair share of winners I'd be checking their tips.

The Ledger meeting starts on the wednesday 9th September with the Ledger being run on the saturday 12th september, so some 20 odd races will have been run before the Ledger Brin.

gru, I know you said make the St Leger the first race but, that doesn't spread the field well. No one is asking you to place money on any of these bets so you won't lose anything.

I will post one race a day starting on Weds, one Thurs and Friday and as many as I can on Saturday so prepare yourself.

Waichaimiller said, 'Put the card up Brin. We can all pick out our 1, 2 and 3 for the meet. Maybe 10 points for a winner, 5 points for second and 2 points for a third place. See who has the real knowledge'.

Yes, let's go with that. A mini horse race League. Everyone who's interested watch out for the first race card on Weds 9th.

Just Ledger I'm tipping on sorry. I've no interest in flat racing.

Cayton, I have to say I am somewhat disappointed at gru for not taking up the challenge. I know absolutely naff all about horse racing so, I was there for a good whipping and he's passed on it.

    Never mind, i'll trot on.
