Liverpool havent lost at home in the league since 2017, so if we goal down, can we keep it in perspective please, rather than ruining everyone elses enjoyment of the moment!
New season, all to play for!
Nice to see the leopard hasn't changed spots (fat chance), rather comment that I posted, rather than discuss the subject of the post.

If you read my post on the "ins and outs" thread you will know that I have low expectations, despite also having high hopes.

We will see what we will see.

what i was saying, is that i dont give a F about your low expectations, just that id prefere it if you didnt bring them here on matchday, as this is a big day for those of us that love Leeds.

I'm shocked and surprised (not!), about your view of my views, but it would have been interesting to see your views on the "benefits" or otherwise to Leeds specifically of having fans in the ground for these early games.

That's the point though, it's not really is it? In the Championship the team would have the benefit of fans (particularly in the latter stages of last season), who expected us to do well and with players who were accustomed to the Championship ways of playing and pressures. That's certainly the case with Liverpool in the PL, but obviously not for us. So my thoughts were that without the added pressure from the fans, and a relatively quiet stadium, the players might be more able to focus on their opposite numbers and how to deal with them?

Cooper out injured with Stuijk replacing him. Koch starts.

    All others as normal.

Glad to see Struijk starting, just hope he doesnt feel overawed (same with Meslier), both are capable, just hope they realise that!
