If that is the case then there is nothing to stop the Scottish Government civil servants employing anyone from around the world as long as they can clearly speak English.

Is that the one that speaks through his nose? I don't watch any party political broadcasts and for me these Covid broadcasts are just that so I can't even tell you if a name is flashed up.

I don't see why any qualified person shouldn't be employed by any government despite their nationality as long as they are the applicant best suited to the role. If there is a language barrier that would be sufficient grounds to consider a foreign national unsuitable for any job - been there and tried to interview someone with limited English, it was hard work.

That is the one who was sitting at Murrayfield watching the rugby match wearing his mask.
I cannot understand why pubs and restaurants are still able to have customers without restrictions (up to 6pm this Friday) but Nippy and the Dundee West MSP Joe Fitzpatrick who is the Scottish Government Sports Minister will not allow spectators back into football grounds even if they have to a mask.
Unfortunately Joe Fitzpatrick is not my MSP (at present) otherwise I would have already sent him an email demanding an explanation why spectators are still banned from attending football matches but there are no restrictions on the number of people drinking in pubs and eating in restaurants throughout Scotland.
